I'm a one year old beautiful Black and Tan girl, around 50 pounds, that loves to play and loves people once I get to know them. I'm a little hesitant around new people but give me about 10 minutes and I'll be your best friend! The rescue  ladies are guessing I'm a Lab/Dobie mix.


I'm great with older kids but I get nervous around small children, so a home with older kids would be best! I do well with other dogs but no kitties, please. I do like to chase them. I've been in foster care for a while now with my sister, Lilly of the Valley, but I'm really hoping for a forever home soon...I hope you pick me..... I will love you forever!

All of our dogs are spayed/ neutered before adoption. Adult dogs have had their core vaccines---parvo, distemper, bordatella, and rabies, All dogs are tested and are heartworm negative.  In addition they have been de-wormed and kept on heartworm prevention and flea prevention while in foster care. Most dogs come with a micr-chip already implanted. Adoption fees range from 235.00- 275.00 depending on the dog. Many times the adoption fee does not even cover the cost of all of the vetting we have done for a dog.   In addition, some of our dogs are fostered in the South and come up once adopted---There is an additional transport fee for these dogs.  Please contact the person listed in the bio for more information on a particular dog. We are very careful in placing our dogs--and look for the best home for each dog--All of our dogs are fostered in private homes, with fosters who get to know the dogs and know the types of home that would be best for each dog.
